    I LOVE this one! Whoa puts a really light tone to it – helps us laugh at ourselves and give our self a mental hug with that breath. One tool that I use is to frame it as recognizing the gremlins – those crazy little monsters from the 80s movie! You can’t think about the mayhem that they are creating without laughing and seeing how ridiculous it is – and then, after that breath – reaching for the replacement thought, mantra, word or feeling that you’ve chosen. Fantastic!
