I found that every time I left the ground in my squat my toes automatically went down. Does anyone have any tips to help me keep my heels down more?
A traditional squat form will push your toes down a lot, mostly due to your calves. If you do some calf-raises on regular basis it will greatly help your squat be less reliant on your toes. My old trainer taught me this 🙂 However everyone’s different, I just thought I’d share what worked for me!
