LOL I always say I’m going to write a book of “Adult Amateur” excuses….they do actually come up with some pretty creative ones.
I am appreciating learning your lexicon – pre-excuses, confirmation bias, etc. My lexicon introduces the concepts of limiting beliefs, habits and patterns and choosing thought, action and response. Each is simply another way to facilitate rider awareness and learning. Love it.
